For help with a product, please include the product name and the size, fabric, colour and storage option you are considering. If you are asking about mattress fit, room access or finished bed dimensions, include your required bed size and any doorway or staircase measurements that may affect delivery.

Most mainland UK areas qualify for free delivery. Selected remote or extended-distance postcodes may carry an additional charge where shown by the delivery checker before ordering.
