A2Z Beds provides a two-year warranty from delivery covering manufacturing faults in our products. If you experience a fault, contact us with your order number and photographs so we can assess it and arrange an appropriate repair or replacement.

Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.
